Lance Ware, the principle of Ware Drafting & Design, has acquired experience over the years in the following disciplines: residential, commercial, industrial, photographing buildings, reproduction of plans of various kinds, on-site measuring, landscaping layouts, and others.
WD&D also offers high quality on-site photography with the aid of a DJI Air 2S drone with a high quality camera and video capacity along with other high quality cameras. This can be useful for architects, engineers, lawyers, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and others to aid them with their projects.

Note: Without an architectural license, Lance Ware is limited to smaller commercial projects unless he passes the project on to a licensed architect for finalizing or works together with a licensed architect. Laws vary per state.

Photography Services
Aerial photos of buildings under construction, new buildings, existing buildings, property, timber, roads, storm damage, fire damage, and more. None aerial photos are available also with high quality devices.
